I’ve always trusted my gut. That’s one thing I never lost. But somewhere along the way - between life, motherhood, career, expectations, trying to keep everyone else happy - I lost me.
I used to be brave. Fierce, even. The kind of child who had opinions, ideas, and didn’t wait to be asked twice. But life chipped away at that version of me. Slowly. Quietly. Until I was showing up as a fraction of who I really was — unsure, hiding, and feeling like maybe I’d imagined that brave girl altogether.
Belief Coding® changed that.
It helped me not just remember who I was — but actually start living as her again.
Now, I use it to help other women do the same. Because I know I’m not the only one who’s been quietly shrinking to make life work.
Why So Many Women Feel Disconnected from Themselves
Let’s be honest — we weren’t exactly raised to trust ourselves.
We were raised to be polite. To be agreeable. To be nice, helpful, selfless, not “too much”. We were praised for being good girls and quiet achievers. And somewhere in the middle of all that… we learned to doubt our own voice.
We learned to ask for permission. We started overthinking everything.
We learned to keep going, even when we were exhausted.
We learned to downplay our success, and apologise for our needs.
We learned to do, not just be.
That’s what I call the “masculine way” of living — all logic, no feeling. All pushing, no pausing. It’s not bad. It’s just not the full picture.
The feminine way is something different. It’s about slowing down. Feeling more. Trusting more. It’s softer, but no less powerful.

My Story: From Hiding to Homecoming
When I found Belief Coding®, I didn’t second-guess myself — I just knew. I didn’t even watch the masterclass. I immediately signed up for the training with a full-body yes.
Not because I thought I needed fixing. I don’t even know why I just knew I needed to train and become a facilitator. No logical thought at all - that’s following your intuition.
The more I trained, the more I noticed it. I started walking taller. I spoke up more. I felt seen — by myself, first and foremost. And what a relief that was.
