Welcome to The Radiant Retreat. This website is operated by Sally O’Hara, sole trader. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, programmes, courses, and resources provided via this website.
Please read them carefully before using the site or purchasing any services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Services Provided
I offer coaching services, digital products, courses, and programmes under The Radiant Retreat brand. These are intended for personal development purposes and are not medical, psychological, or financial advice.
All services are for individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Payments
Payment is required in advance for all services unless otherwise stated. For certain programmes, a payment plan may be offered. If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to paying the full amount in agreed instalments.
All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change. Any price changes will not affect purchases already made.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Digital products and courses are non-refundable once purchased.
Coaching sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
No refunds are offered unless legally required.
5. Access to Content
Access to digital courses and resources is granted for the period specified at the time of purchase. You must not share login details or distribute course content without written permission.
I reserve the right to update or remove outdated content.
6. Results Disclaimer
Coaching and personal development work can be powerful, but results vary by individual. I cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your progress depends on your own commitment and actions.
7. Group Participation
If you join a group programme or online community (such as a private Facebook group), you agree to engage respectfully and maintain confidentiality. I reserve the right to remove anyone who breaches these standards.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, branding, and content on this website and within my courses are owned by me (unless otherwise credited). They are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, modified, shared, or republished without written consent.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this website or services. You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
