I think the most surprising part of my journey was how quickly things started to change once I began addressing those hidden beliefs. 

Confidence showed up where I least expected it, and challenges that used to feel overwhelming started to feel manageable.

My Story

I know that belief well. I had my own version of it.

For years, I was the one doing everything for everyone. Fixing problems, saying yes when I wanted to say no, making sure everyone else was okay and never thinking about myself.

I didn’t realise it at the time, but all that people-pleasing was being driven by a hidden belief: that my worth and even my lovability came from holding it all together.

It caught up with me. The exhaustion, the stress, the fibromyalgia diagnosis. All of it forced me to stop and really look at what was going on beneath the surface.

Through Belief Coding®, I discovered where it came from. That belief was created when I was just 5 years old and it had been running the show ever since.

The difference now? I don’t live like that anymore. I put myself first. I don’t over-give. I no longer need to please everyone else to feel worthy or lovable.

In Training
When I began training in Belief Coding®, we practiced on each other. What surprised me most was how quickly the shifts showed up in my real life.
