The Release & Recode Session

  • What happens:  We release the belief that’s been running your reactions, stress patterns and behaviours.
    Then we create a new belief that supports confidence, steadiness and self-trust.

The Integration Session

  • What happens: We explore how this new belief shows up in your decisions, relationships, work and daily life - so the shift becomes part of how you move through the world.

    And then you just… live.
    You only come back if another belief comes up later - which is exactly how this work is designed to function.

My Story

For years I held everything together - work, a blended family of four teenagers, caring for my nan, the house, the dogs. And on the surface, I looked completely fine and very well put together..

But underneath, I was running on the belief that:

  • I wasn’t enough

  • I didn’t deserve support

  • I had to earn my worth through giving

  • I had to be the strong one

Those beliefs created people-pleasing, overworking and making myself the last priority - every single day.

It eventually led to a fibromyalgia diagnosis.
That was my turning point.

Belief work supported the change.
Not overnight - but with every layer I released, I felt more comfortable in my own skin.
